KARINA
Community Manager
Karina, our vibrant Community Manager, originates from the Lone Star State. Since joining Greystar in August 2020, she has found her passion in supporting our active adult residents. Embracing her role at Alder's Magnolia, Karina infuses joy into resident life through organized events and attentive maintenance. Off-duty, she cherishes time with her kids and family, indulging in outdoor activities and books. Karina ensures residents feel fully embraced in the vibrant community, guaranteeing every day is enriching under her care.
CONOR
Sales Consultant
Born in New York City and raised in The Woodlands, TX since 2012, Conor blends big-city perspective with small-town care to help residents feel right at home. He began working in the apartment industry in 2023 and holds a Communications degree from the University of Arkansas. Conor’s strength lies in his ability to connect with others, whether it’s helping someone find their perfect apartment or simply being a friendly face around the community. He takes pride in creating a welcoming, supportive environment where every resident feels seen and appreciated. Outside the office, Conor enjoys playing golf, watching baseball, and spending time with his dog, Beau.
TAMIA
Sales Consultant
Tamia has a degree in Financial Economics from Buffalo State College in Buffalo, NY, and a background in real estate, property management, and interior design. She loves helping people find spaces that feel like home and making sure everything runs smoothly from move-in to lease renewal. She brings strong attention to detail, great energy, and a genuine passion for connecting with people. When she is not at work, you’ll probably find her singing, crafting, working out, or spending time with her spirited little chihuahua, Gucci.
OLIVIA
Lifestyle Coordinator
In 2024, Olivia began her journey with Greystar as the Lifestyle Coordinator at Alders Magnolia. With a psychology degree, her dedication to understanding people enriches every interaction. Olivia's genuine care extends to residents, advocating for their active lifestyles. She organizes events and lends a hand, embodying Greystar's commitment to vibrant communities. Outside work, Olivia trains her own horse for long-distance racing, adding depth to her pursuits.
ALMA
Housekeeping
Alma has been a Greystar employee since October of 2021. She is currently the housekeeper at Alders Magnolia and has had experience for over 30+ years. She has truly developed a passion for what she does for a living. Alma is originally from Mexico. She loves to spend her free time with her family, her major weakness is coffee and she loves to engage and connect with people to build up friendships.
LAWRENCE
Service Supervisor
Lawrence, our seasoned Service Supervisor hailing from Pearland, TX! With over 30 years in maintenance and a Greystar veteran since August 2023, Lawrence is the go-to expert for keeping Alder's Magnolia top-notch. When not fine-tuning our community, he's a Harley enthusiast and camping aficionado, having explored every corner of the U.S. Rocking to country and southern tunes, Lawrence embodies a passion for service, making him your friendly face for all things Alder's Magnolia!
