Bianca, our Community Manager at Alders Magnolia, brings seven years of dedicated experience. Joining Greystar in 2016, she excelled in Multifamily and Active Adult Living. Transitioning to Active Adult in 2022, Bianca's love for seniors flourished. For her, managing a senior community is more than a profession; it's a profound passion to impact lives. She's committed to fostering connection and well-being, ensuring residents feel truly at home. Beyond work, Bianca's world revolves around her two children, supportive husband, and three pugs. They are her joy, balancing her roles seamlessly. Bianca embodies work-life harmony, creating a fulfilling life both personally and professionally.

KARINA

Assistant Community Manager

Karina, our vibrant Assistant Community Manager, originates from the Lone Star State. Since joining Greystar in August 2020, she has found her passion in supporting our active adult residents. Embracing her role at Alder's Magnolia, Karina infuses joy into resident life through organized events and attentive maintenance. Off-duty, she cherishes time with her kids and family, indulging in outdoor activities and books. Karina ensures residents feel fully embraced in the vibrant community, guaranteeing every day is enriching under her care.

DINAH

Sales Consultant

Dinah, our dynamic Sales Consultant at Alder's Magnolia, brings vibrancy to our team! Hailing from Kennard, she's been part of Greystar since October 2022. Her dedication transcends sales; she strives to help individuals find genuine homes where they can flourish. Outside work, Dinah enjoys family time and playing with her boxer puppy, Diesel. With her passion for connections, she ensures a memorable experience at Alder's Magnolia.

OLIVIA

Lifestyle Coordinator

In 2024, Olivia began her journey with Greystar as the Lifestyle Coordinator at Alders Magnolia. With a psychology degree, her dedication to understanding people enriches every interaction. Olivia's genuine care extends to residents, advocating for their active lifestyles. She organizes events and lends a hand, embodying Greystar's commitment to vibrant communities. Outside work, Olivia trains her own horse for long-distance racing, adding depth to her pursuits.

ALMA

Housekeeping

Alma has been a Greystar employee since October of 2021. She is currently the housekeeper at Alders Magnolia and has had experience for over 30+ years. She has truly developed a passion for what she does for a living. Alma is originally from Mexico. She loves to spend her free time with her family, her major weakness is coffee and she loves to engage and connect with people to build up friendships.

LAWRENCE

Service Supervisor

Lawrence, our seasoned Service Supervisor hailing from Pearland, TX! With over 30 years in maintenance and a Greystar veteran since August 2023, Lawrence is the go-to expert for keeping Alder's Magnolia top-notch. When not fine-tuning our community, he's a Harley enthusiast and camping aficionado, having explored every corner of the U.S. Rocking to country and southern tunes, Lawrence embodies a passion for service, making him your friendly face for all things Alder's Magnolia!

Maintenance Technician

Joseph, our dedicated Maintenance Technician at Alder's Magnolia, proudly serving Greystar since May 2022. Hailing from our vibrant city of Houston, Texas, Joseph brings a passion for maintaining and enhancing our living spaces. With a superhero's dedication to excellence, he ensures that Alder's Magnolia remains a comfortable and well-cared-for haven for all residents. Beyond his skilled maintenance work, Joseph's love for comic books and exploring new hobbies adds a unique touch to our team, making him an invaluable part of creating a thriving and vibrant community
